COVID-19 and Vaccinations If you have had COVID-19 or your COVID-19 vaccination then we will not be able to do any tinting treatments or lash extensions for at least 2 weeks after, this is due to heightened sensitivity levels. If you are called up for your vaccination and have an appointment with us during these 2-week post vaccine, please rearrange your appointment or call us to change it for you, this also includes patch tests. This will be for any COVID-19 vaccination.
Patch Tests If you are wanting lash or brow tinting, brow lamination, or lash lifting treatments then you will be required to have a patch test. This is whether you are a new client, existing client or have had the treatment before. This is now a term from our insurance as having covid (knowing you’ve had it or being asymptomatic) and having the vaccine class as a change in medical history and can increase sensitivity levels to products you may normally be ok with. Please note. You will have to have another patch test after every vaccination or COVID-19 symptoms. You can now book an appointment via our online booking system or by calling Aspire Beauty Retreat.
General Terms and conditions.
Deposits- Aspire Beauty Retreat will require a 50% deposit to secure all appointments online.
Late arrivals – If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your treatment may be cut short, and you will be charged full price. If the treatment cannot be cut short, then you will be asked to rearrange your appointment and you will lose your deposit. If you are consistently late, then Aspire Beauty Retreat may ask for payment upfront.
No shows – If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Full payment may be required upon next booking. Please note, all no shows will be recorded.
Cancellations – If you want to cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment or you will lose your deposit. If you cancel before the 48 hours and want a refund, please contact the salon as this is not done automatically and we will need to process the payment. Alternatively, we can keep your deposit on file and take it off your next treatment.
Rearranging appointments – If you wish to rearrange your appointment, this must be done at least 48 hours before your treatment time otherwise you will lose your deposit. This can be done via our online booking system or by calling us. If you rearrange your appointment before the 48 hours, then your deposit will automatically be moved onto your rearranged appointment.
Right to refuse service- Aspire Beauty Retreat have the right to refuse service if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you behave in a rude or aggressive manner, if you are unable to have treatment due to health reasons, if you have previously left without paying or if you are attempting to receive unprofessional services.
Age requirements –. For most salon treatments you must be at least 16 years old with parental consent, however there are certain treatments that are excluded. For more info on treatments for minors please contact Aspire Beauty Retreat.
